‍Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and monitor projects from conception to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Manage project teams, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively towards project goals.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including executive leadership, project sponsors, and team members.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Ensure project documentation is up to date and accurate, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project team members.
• Maintain a high level of project quality by ensuring that all deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within budget constraints.
• Facilitate project meetings, including regular team meetings, stakeholder meetings, and project status reviews.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with project management software (such as Jira and Microsoft Project).
• PMP certification is a plus.
