As a Senior Business Analyst, you need to evaluate the business problems and opportunities within the projects in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions. You will work as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate, and validate requirements.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales team on pre-sales (major area) and post sales activities.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and prospective customers/stakeholders for requirement discussions, requirement gathering, etc.
  • Identify and establish scope and parameters of requirement analysis on a project-by project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
  • Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
  • Understand the scope of work and map the most optimal solutions, thereby ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Develops and utilizes standard templates to write requirements specifications accurately and concisely.
  • Analyse and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
  • Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Working on prototypes and pre-sales collaterals and materials as part of the client requirement discussion.
  • Work on the proposal while consulting with the stakeholders and ensuring that the document covers the requirement including detailed solutioning and other entities. Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
  • Understand ISPG’s product platforms and give demos to Clients based on their pain points and business needs.
  • Stay up-to-dated on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize platform solutions.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation.
  • Prepare technical reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
  • Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
  • Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements — verbally or through written documentation — to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
  • Be directly involved with the client and technical teams during the life cycle of the project.
  • Suggest upselling solutions to different stakeholders wherever possible.
  • Keep the process of learning and evolving by being in sync with the latest in digital solutioning and suggest enhancements to the product platforms periodically.

Requirements:

  • Working experience with E-Commerce platforms and digital products.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications and other requisite tools.
